Today, now, is a big moment, it is the Spring Equinox. The initiation of Spring, the day of equal light.
Today it is a portal, it is a very unique moment and more so considering the collective circumstances, we are in.
In times of unprecedented uncertainty, we are given an unprecedented opportunity. Even if it is hard to see it at this point.
It's as if the veils have thinned and our ability to connect to what is true and real has been amplified. It is time to take responsibility. Not the kind that is heavy and we may want to run away from or what we should do, or what others may be expecting us to do, but as in Response-ability, being able to respond from a centered and grounded place. The opposite of that responsibility is reactiveness.
Worry and fear are not negative, we have been conditioned to believe so. They are just emotions that can help us access our most tender and vulnerable heart. And from that space, genuine love and courage can prevail.
Today that the dark and the light are equalized, let us see it all as part of our human experience and accept it and embrace it as the whole it is. Inner work is our call now.
Nature is my teacher to help me bring clarity and connect my heart, body, mind, and spirit to its natural sense of belonging in this gorgeous Earth and with each other.
I am going to observe carefully how every leaf is blooming and flourishing and let it guide my pace to stay abundant, strong and green as they are. Grateful to be breathing a fresher air today.
